My Mom and I have hunted every season together since 1989. She will turn 69 in June. Our hunts where we don't kill anything are some of my favorites cause if gives us a chance to catch up and reminisce.

Congrats to your mother. Very cool to hunt with a parent. My dad will be 87 next week. Him and I spent this morning listening to a couple toms gobbling. Saw five deer, but the turkeys remained hidden today.

Sorry about the poor video but it was the best I could get on my phone. Pretty neat morning Monday. First had two coyotes attack the deeks. Then a hen came in and fought one deek for at least five minutes. Then these two three year olds came in and bred the beat up deek...lol

No. We wasn't ready for them at all. My buddy just happened to look out of the blind and the lead one was leaping at the deek. I heard the noise from it hitting it and looked up and there was two of them at it. This was at 6:05-6:10.
