The prices I am paying right now...

Ribs - $3.29 a pound
Brisket - $3.79 @ pound (Prime)
Pork butt - $1.69
Yard bird - cheap as hell
Sausages -$3 a pound. I have spinach and feta, red pepper and garlic, italian, spicy italian, kielbasa, and brats.

If I can find a good one you might get pork belly. Imagine all the bacon on a pig, uncut and smoked like pulled pork with the cracklin left on. Mmmm, mmm.

Hey Cotty is there a store anywhere near? Ive got a 4 hour drive, and coming right from work possibly, wouldn't be practical to pack food the night before and hope it stays cold. I know about the liquor store and gas station. Was looking for a grocery store.

I put in for a vacation day on Friday so I will be there around noon-1 on Friday with the raptor ready to do some riding.

Yes, there's a Kroger in town. About a 10 minute drive from the camp spot.

Chuck I can't wait to check out the the smoker, watch you work your magic and enjoy the outcome. I'm not partial to any of the offerings and will follow suit with whatever the masses choose and contribute.

I'll have coffee and breakfast as usual. I have acquired a propane coffee dripper and a 2-30K burner freestanding expedition stove and some cast iron to improve qty. and quality.
