Started a thread about grub. Please see it and comment. Need to figure out what we want smoked. I plan to bring "Lavern" if I have enough to justify dragging it down, and I hope we do.
Can we all keep our fingers crossed that we get weather like we have today for the shoot? No rain, no humidity, no baking sunshine... PERFECT!

Lmao, yeah.....that might be a bit picky! I'm just hoping we don't have this wet stuff like we had here last week and most of what they're expecting us to get this week! It's be nice to have some sunshine so our gardens can benefit TOO!

Klay and I went up and shot the first 15 targets just to see the condition they were in. Good stuff. I also took some snap shots of some of the course and the camping area.
Yeah, there's one across the township road. Lots of good ghost stories about that place

Any boats for the lake Mike? I won't be able to shoot yet so I might as well bring the rods and reels and do some catch and release fishing.

Works for me. I was just curious about the boats. I know some clubs have them and some don't. No biggie as I'm use to bank fishing. Just hope I don't pull a Huck lmao

Well, if you want some real good bank fishing, I'll show you a lake down in what is known as 7Lake Hollow that is a money pit for largemouth. Just need your truck to get you the area then it is a short walk over the hill. It's not far from the camp site. It's not mowed though.
If you want mowed banks you gotta hang by the clubhouse.
