Been nursing a ham string pull since March and it flares up every couple of weeks but I've been walking 3 miles a day since I retired in May... I walk 5-6 days a week, I just hook up the wife's dog and go for about 40-45 minutes at a time.... Stepped off a curb and bang pulled it again.... Felt like someone was holding a hot poker too my back thigh....

Hope it doesn't feel like this Saturday morning or it'll be a long walk too the stand.....

At least you won't have the rhythmic walk of a "human predator" when walking into the stand. Trying to be positive. Hope it gets better for you soon J. I know you were enjoying schooling the other retirees at the shuffle board tournaments and bingo nights.mischeif.gif

Having recently lost our family pet, your pain is fresh in my mind. Couldn't imagine losing our other dog in the same week. My deepest condolences. So sorry to hear it.

J- That was an awesome reply!

Not much worse than finishing up a grumpy and finding this much tp left on the roll.

The duck walk to the cabinet for a fresh roll was not fun.

Been a shitty few days. Tuesday afternoon my aunt found my Dad's younger brother dead in the bathroom. He had heart issues a few years ago but had been doing well as far as we all knew. He was a great guy and avid outdoorsman. He will be missed. His family asked me to be one of the pall bearers at his funeral on Saturday morning. I know he'd bitch and moan at us for making a fuss about him, especially on opening day of deer season. I cant wait to honor Dad and Uncle Bill with a big Buck this year

Sorry for your loss. Hope you get a dandy for Dad and Uncle Bill.
Sorry to hear about the dogs Nathan. Hate hearing things like this. I know they say it's life....but it sure sucks when it's your turn.
