Sat the same stand as last night and finally saw some deer again. A small buck out in the swamp and a doe 40 yards behind me in the field. I was sitting there thinking about taking that stand down because I haven't seen any deer from it in 4 or 5 sits but now I'm gonna leave it for a while anyway.

I saw 11 bucks and 10 does today . Nothing even close to being a shooter

Well talked with the landowner and he contacted the neighbor that the buck made it on to. He gave me the green light to go get my buck. So now just to do a anti rain dance in the garage all night and wait for sunrise.

Does anyone have a lucky loin cloth I could borrow? [emoji16]

Can't help you on the loin cloth but that's cool you got permission to get your buck! Best of luck man. If you're anything like me you won't be sleeping much tonight.

He is a solid 140s if not 150s 10 point. Never seen the deer before that I know of. I think he may have been the same one that wouldn't come out of the CRP grass the other night.

I don't think he has oooodles of mass but he has long main beams and some long time length.
