Nice Jim . Still pretty mediocre around here . Don't even know if I'm gonna hunt tomorrow. Killed a couple green heads and a goose this morning.

Its bad man. I picked up 3 more spots this yr that were loaded last yr . Just nothing good in this area . The birds are just loaded up along the lakeshore without a reason to push any furtherWork some of your magic and put a hunt together. I need an excuse to come visit!
Yeah , they pile in there when it floods . they'll prolly roost there . Been seeing a lot of geese around . Just lacking ducks .

Finally had a good one. Makes a bad year a little better. Birds decoyed great with the low visibiltity.
Wow Marcus you guys really stacked em up! Way to go! It's those types of hunts right there that keep us enduring all the brutal ones in between.

I wish we could hunt ducks this late up here. On a side note my group is up to 199 geese for the season.
Dang that's quite a pile. I went out today and couldn't get any geese to decoy. They wanted to be in the field beside us. But man did we see ducks. We had 150 malards in our face and 5 trumpeter swans fly right over us. Of course I am in the north zone so no ducks for me. It was very tempting though.

We've been pounding the geese pretty good round here . Killing lessers and even bands . Last 3 hunts we've been on we killed a band . 2 were locals and one was a James bay bird .
