Other than bumming a few dips. I haven't been chewing at all. Don't hardly miss it.

It is tough when people around you chew. My uncle always has it in his mouth and my 93 year old gramp ain't too far behind. I just fight the urge and keep going

I recently passed my 4 year anniversary of quitting tobacco products and Ron is about to himself. We’ve both packed on 25-30 extra pounds we need to shed but I’m sure glad we quit. Saved an ass load of coin and less anxiety worrying if oral blisters from dipping is going to turn into cancer. We’re never out of cancers reach but quitting is in the step in the right direction, IMO.

Hope you guys that are still doing it find a way to kick the habit yourselves.

Good thing you guys quit. Have 2 brothers with advanced stages of COPD from smoking, and BIL died from mouth cancer from smoking.

January 28 will start my sixth year smoke free. Quitting is easy, I done it 20-30 times..... Staying quit was hard but it did get easier with every passing day. Good Luck To Everyone Trying To Quit!

In January on my son's birthday I'll be 51 yrs smoke free. Lucky me because with my heart problems I would be dead by now.
It's not easy but it's worth it coming from a walking and talking living proof.

Shit gets real starting today. A few months back I decided I was really going to put those cigarettes down this time. I slowed down to a point that it really wasn’t worth buying them all the time anymore. When I got a few beers or around some friends is when it would get tough and I’d smoke a bunch. Just couldn’t get over that last hump.

Thanks guys.

Rick, I’ve done that in the past and just haven’t been able to stay quit. Trying a different route this time. If I get the side effects like some people, I’ll have to try a different route. This method has been around a long time and has worked for many, I plan to be another success story.
