Here's my Tanner Boy 5 years ago.

By far the coolest looking dog I've ever had. She was scared of people though and ended up hanging herself with a cable wire...June

And my best hunting dog, Cash. This dog would hunt some birds! Any kind of bird and he was on it. After our second kid he got real weird...tried to bite my wife. This dog and I went through the toughest time in my life together. It was real hard for me to give him away. He went to a good home and was able to hunt almost every day with his new owner. Who might of loved him more then I did.

My daughter currently has a Rat Terrier that I fugging HATE. Worst dog we've ever had. I don't even have a pic of her stupid ass. She 4 now and will bark at anything. She doesn't stop until she's done. Most annoying pitch ever. She also still pees and poops in my house. I'm sure she'd make an old person great company...she just doesn't fit in this busy house. If she wasn't my daughters dog...I would've dug a hole a LONG time ago. Worthless for anything besides a companion, kinda like having a baby in the house. I don't have the willpower for those things either. Creepy, needy, annoying little fuggers....kids are cool, babies...not so much. Glad to be outa that stage!!!

Wow...what a ramble! Kinda got off coarse a bit. Sorry, been busy lately and my mind kinda started going. Lol

Hahaha! Looking back at that post made me think a little more. That toddler in that pic of Cash has turned into this now.

Time flies folks! Those memories feel like just the other day...
thanks for that stroll down memory lane Bearded Chad! I needed that.

Great looking dogs (and kids Giles lol) everyone! It's tough seeing them get old but it sure is nice having an older dog that's pretty much on autopilot too. I've been dog sitting a lot lately... The young pups really have me appreciate how my 4 yr old Betty girl has slowed down a bit lol.

Great dog's guys... A home is not complete without a dog.. Fall of 2015 we lost both of our English Setters.. They lived a very long SPOILED life of almost 16 years. We were devastated to say the least. Both my wife and I said no more dogs we get TOO attached TOO them.. That lasted about a month, then one day she said the house is so empty without a dog.. So we got Bandit, another English Setter.. At first we said are we crazy?? I forgot what a puppy was like. This past year while I was out in Illinois I got calls every day, this dog is driving me up a wall.. He turned 1 and like a light switch he has changed dramatically. Here he is under the Xmas tree last year when we got him..

Some damn good looking dogs around these parts! Loving the updates!!!

Other than being a chewer, Lulu has been doing great. Very pleased with how she takes to obedience training and her overall demeanor. She's been great on both hunting trips, but is still leery of the water and picking birds up on her own. However when you let them chill like this, they get spoiled...

We only killed one duck last weekend and I kept it for training since we tenderized him so thoroughly. Remi was 5 before he'd pick up a duck. She's 6 months and will sit like this until you tell her to "drop the bird". Little bits at a time!

Good start Jesse! I wish we were closer, man. I have a ton of stuff you could borrow, including frozen birds and wings.
