....would you know...I just finished 10 hours of playing with my meat. 110# has been sent to the freezer. So....I’ve been farting tonight....why does it smell like I’ve eaten venison; though I haven’t for a few days? Osmosis through skin? ........

I’ve done that too! I used to think it was my imagination, but it isn’t.

It's not your imagination. For days after gutting a deer farts smell exactly like a gutpile.
