Well, it’s totaled. On the search for a crew cab, long bed pickup. Gas or diesel...not much looking for anything beyond a great deal. So if it’s a $60,000 truck for $45,000 or a $10,000 truck for $5,000, I’m interested.
Hope you came out to the good with the insurance company.
Nature of the beast when looking at long bed HD trucks. People buy them to use them. Short bed trucks run to the grocery store while these trucks are working.100K miles in 2.5 years? Holy fuck
That’s what I was thinking. They sprayed the outside of the frame and underneath didn’t look horrible but the paint is worn off from the sand blasting. I don’t think I want to mess with it. For $40,000 I think I could spend my money better. Just not much on the market...probably just keep looking for a while.Normally trucks from MI are horrible rust buckets underneath.
What did they spray it with, is it sticky/tacky or hard like bed liner. Becoming common to spray bedliner on frames now. Which is usually worse on them. I wouldn't buy it 10k more you can have a brand new one. That’s what I was thinking.
