sous vide/seared prime beef tenderloin, sautéed fiddleheads, mashed potatoes and ramp/chanterelle gravy (again). this gravy, it's liquid crack. you know your living large when USDA prime filet mignon is the third most glamorous thing on your plate. warshed it down with another bottle of Decoy Cabernet. scratch carrot cake for desert later. epic.

Decoy is solid stuff. And that gravy, it sounds phenomenal!

Whooo I ate crawfish and drank a half gallon of frozen drinks w extra shots and a pile of beer. Went four wheeler riding w the kids after it. I’m fucked up like a niggas check book [emoji1787]. Time for a shower and try to keep the room from spinning.
