Dug the trench today with the kabota...plumber coming tomorrow or Wednesday to run water and gas lines. Electrician coming next Tuesday to run 100 amp service out there along with cable tv and an extra conduit for future use (if needed). Got the first coat of paint up and will start second coat tomorrow. Also taped the doors and windows on the inside in prep for painting them brown in a couple of days.

Got the last of the OSB put up today...water line was run inside to the utility room and gas line run to the back of the bldg just outside the utility room. Taped the windows and doors in prep for painting tomorrow. Wife wanted the windows/doors painted brown...white was the only color the garage builder offered. Hope to finish painting tomorrow but may take two days. The electrician comes Tuesday.
Thanks...I’m taking it off and putting one on that has a digital lock...going to use that one for a inside door. I wonder if the wife would get upset if I used a couple of ferns for stencils?looking good. don't forget to mask off that door handle.
depends on how much she likes ferns. tell her it's a faux finish or decorative painting, en vogue, and very expensive to have it done by a professional. easy sell.
Got the inside walls painted (2 coats) and the doors up...painted the windows as per the wife’s request. Rain came in and stopped me from painting the two outside doors...maybe tomorrow.

Looks great... Not garage related, but, how's your wife feeling????
She’s doing better as of today. She’s had a 104 temp since last Friday or so and today it dropped to 100. She said it’s the best she’s felt in a while. Thanks for asking.

Got the electric run from the house to a 100 amp breaker in the utility room...they also ran cable tv and a spare conduit. I Painted the doors...the outside doors still need another coat. Taped the shelves for painting and got the workbench framed out. Need to get 3/4” plywood for the top and finish painting. Also need to fill in the trench. After the bldg and electric inspector come, then I’ll get started on the bar area. Getting the electric, water and gas run to the garage was a task that I’m glad is behind me. Now the fun work starts.
