So I read this article, and this sentence made me laugh. Just funny structure -

"Gun demand skyrocketed late in the first quarter of 2020 and continued throughout the year as Americans desired protection amid the violence that swept through cities following the death of George Floyd, a Black man who died after a Minneapolis police officer knelt on his neck for more than eight minutes, and as people craved socially-distant outdoor activities during the COVID-19 pandemic."

The sentence is fine, but too wordy - like we need a more socially-distant activity than kneeling on someone's neck.

I bought a few bags of SS109 bullets back when Obummer thought about banning "armor piercing" ammo.

What he had to say about other stores.

"Kind of a sad fact,” Knight said. “They’re still buying the ammo at regular cost and then they’re selling it for way inflated prices.”
Sad. Makes you wonder how much of the sales they make go to sales. Shit pisses me off. #mericashitbags

No one answer tha question.
Yep, so many contributing factors in it. New first time gun owners are through the roof in the last year, estimated 5 million people. If each one bought a box or two of their new caliber there ya go. Also plenty that see how things are going with the new administration opting to fill their closets. Wasn't imports of ammo cut back or something??

We lost a member the last time it was talked about...
What In The Fuck............ seriously?? I know who but damn.

New gun/ammo store opens Saturday in Sidney

Gun owners face ammunition shortage after record setting year for gun sales https://www.whio.com/news/local/gun...ing-year-gun-sales/W225LAFXKFBEDGTJEYOCVUPVAM
I read the article. Funny. No ranges within 20-30 miles? That is either a flat out lie or a business owner that didn't do ANY homework on his competition. Midwest Shooting Center in Cridersville not only has a range, but an indoor range. Brand new. One year old. State of the art. 100yd indoor range. This joker just didn't want to plug his competition. I won't be driving to Sidney to be his patron. He is full of shit.

I won't be driving to Sidney either. Too far, and they'll be out of ammo by noon anyway LOL

I’ve heard the sales of revolvers have been very strong. The explanation is that people are worried that there might be a ban on semi-autos. I wonder if it’s because people go to by a gun and semi-autos are sold out or of very limited selection?
