Let me just say this....

In the season goals thread, one of my top priorities was to help adam drag out, gut, skin.....

you can mark that one off!

Not gonna steal the mans thunder, so I cant give any details.
But here is a teaser...

I decided to hunt a little while when I got off work. I got to my stand, got settled in, and texted my wife to let her know not to wait for me for dinner. I then said to myself, "self, this is gonna be a good night, I can feel it. I wonder if adam is going to get out tonight." so I sent him a text asking him. I got no reply. I figured his wife was giving him a hard time agai. until about 15 minutes later when he texted back, "are you at home yet? I need some help bro".....
At this point I began to chuckle.....
He can take it from there

He might not be the biggest buck out there but he is a great 10pt to me. I had switched the SpyPoint over to 30s video mode just before I got in the stand. He came in and smelled something but just couldn't figure it out. He looked around for a few seconds before walking over to the mineral lick. That was his downfall lmao. Sent the Slick trick right between the shoulders clipping the spin. He dropped like a rock. No tracking needed.

Thanks Greg. I'm pretty happy with him. Save the bigger ones for next year lol. Unless Dante decides he wants to hunt my stand now. He told me to leave the cam running lmao.

Like I said, there are bigger ones out there but for being my first archery buck. I will take it lol.

I kind of messed the text messages up on my end as well lol. I sent the first text and was so excited I hit send before adding the pic so I had to send a second one with the pic lmao.


Thanks fellas. I'm pretty happy with him. I think I will just do a Euro mount out of him and add him to the collection of great hunts and memories.
