Been wanting to do this for 50 years. Gotta say it's not like superior grade sweet corn... but it's pretty damn good.
Yep. Had it quite a bit growing up. Little butter and salt and it's good enough

Yep, shotgun shells. 1# of ground deer, 1# of sweet Italian sausage, package of cream cheese, 8 oz of shredded Mexican cheese, plus the Meat Church rub in the picture. Mixed it all up good and stuffed it in manicotti shells, then wrapped with bacon and more rub. Found the recipe on Meat Church. Going to smoke on Traeger for 1 hour or so (165*) and then glaze with a sweet BBQ sauce. First time trying it, so I hope they don't suck.

It’d be nice to be able to smoke more briskets and shoulders at the same time to get more meat done during the process. We like vacuum packing extra for the freezer.
Wife got me the Timberline 1300 for Christmas and you can definitely cook for a big gathering on it LOL We still haven’t gotten the Wi-Fi to work correctly though
