I'd hate to be a juror on this case... This prosecutor seems to be all over the place... We have established Murtaugh is a liar big time and a scum bag stealing money from people... Move on to the crime being charged... Jurors gotta be fed up already... Prediction is a hung jury.... Total waste of time...

I felt the prosecutor let Murdaugh talk too much, which could have led some jurors awry. It's like he didn't have good control.

Murdaugh out performed the prosecution and controlled the narrative like a master. Prosecutor got played. Murdaugh played this game of lying and deceit for decades living a lie and living off other peoples money as a drug addict and tried using it to his advantage. I got the feeling he was using his paranoia as a defense like a murderer would use insanity. Disgusting, IMO.

Remember I said that the jurors are getting antsy... Here's a report from a court room reporter that was in the court room and saw one of the jurors stuff Kleenex in her ears and lean her head back.... REALLY ??? Was it cause things were loud or she was just getting tired of the prosecutor beating a dead horse about his being a liar... I'm sure there will be more cross examination to come and hopefully they will touch on such things as where are the clothes he was wearing when fooling with the tree early... What about gun shots???? He wasn't that far away and definately would have heard them.... I'm sure they could trip him up if questioned about these... So we'll see where this goes... Like Ric said Murtaugh so far has been the best lawyer in the court room so far....

Out pheasant shoot was canceled today due to forecast rain. So I binge watched the Netflix series. Those people appear to be vile. Of course I’ve learned to not believe all I see on TV. I really hope it starts raining to some measurable degree soon. What a wasted day.

My understanding is that they did not

Reminded me of the Menendez brothers trial. Looked it up and that one was almost seven years and three trials before they convicted them.
