Another 1min+ shaved off the 5K time & moving the weights now to help vent the frustrations and emotions that life brings. Goal is to fall asleep exhausted, nothing left in the tank....living it to the Max.

I keep flirting with 199, but it won't stick day in & day out. Next 2wk goal is under 200 for 7 days straight.

i would like to get down to 200 pounds , im floating between 210 and 220 , but its alot better then 298 i was at over 2 years ago

RIP Uglykat26....man, that was a blast from the past when it opened on pg1😲

I didn't like the fact that "Longest Run" had a 2022 date. While it was broken a few weeks ago, I didn't take into consideration signification digits on the screen and/or the app so it resets after 99.59mins, so that entry reflects a reset to show only 18mins.

In order to force the distance and longer time to happen each month the rest of this year, I stopped today at 99:55. Sept. will then be 99:56, Oct. 99:57, Nov 99:58, and lastly Dec 99:59. Stupid mind game, but it forces the discipline. I don't ever want to do cardio that long, but now I have a "time" challenge, fuck it.

Initial weigh in this morning. Jumped on the scale and it screamed. 298. Ugh. Yup, gotta get to work.

5wks to the day, and you're doing it. Each and every day you're doing it, now it's time to make it a habit. Something so easy you do it without thinking, without any negotiation. You've raised your goal, time to meet it, then climb on top of it and turn that old ceiling into your new floor. I'm looking forward to seeing what this month brings you. Stay the course and you will see the results of your hard work.

I've never been to a gym, but I could imagine it is like many projects. Much easier and more fun to go somewhere else and do it. Doesn't seem like work, or must do. That extra step makes it really feel like a choice.

Nice work fellas. Stay the course. Consistency is so important. I’m about to hit 200 straight days without missing a workout (last day I didn’t workout was 2/26).

Awesomely insane, you're an animal Naydeen! Are looking to do Ironman next year or practicing for anything else?
