Trout dip from some North Georgis browns and bows I caught Wednesday. Had it on the side of the river while I was fishing Friday in Cherokee, NC. Went down real smooth!

Excellent on a good piece of grilled fish or pork chops too. We make it here with out jersey milk and there is nothing like it!

Caught some nice cherokee trout yesterday. Few lbs of fillets for the smoker and I enjoyed some of my smoked trout dip on the river while I was there.
