No. Had her broadside at 45 yds in a bean field. I was in my stand. I thought she was relaxed enough to take the shot. When I released, the arrow was halfway there and she spun a bit right into it. It woulda hit perfect had she not. Thankful I got her but a valuable lesson learned. She only ran maybe 30-40 yards or so towards my path I drag her out. The other stuff in the drip pan was the remnants of the small doe I had just finished cleaning before I went out that night.

Congrats on the second doe Red.... Last year my arow hit a branch and spined a little doe dropped her in her tracks...... Sometimes it's not a perfect world we live in.....
