Will Howard played one hell of a game, he just had a bone head play to finish it. And honestly, I blame Day for that. Should have called a timeout after the penalty, settled them down, draw up 2 plays, and send them back out. Jim Knowles is failing us, as is Denzel Burke. We have to have better talent behind Burke, so let them have a shot. Maybe they can actually tackle.
Clock management after the play that got them into FG range with under a minute was awful. I'd semi-understand it if they didn't have a TO, but they did. What's the point in hanging onto the TO if there's no time left on the clock to stop!? Honestly, I thought this game (in the grand scheme of things) was not all that important. Win or lose, everything you hope to play for is still in reach. It's a great win if you get it, but on the road against a top-5 team is a tall order. That being said, that last 30ish seconds really left a sour taste in my mouth. Make the kick or miss the kick, at least GET A KICK.

No pass rush, huge cushions on outsides and huge holes in front of secondary zone and pathetic pass rush! 5 blockers and a 6th chip blocking before TE turning around for intermediate route and RB out in flat are all open in this type of defense. I miss 3 linebackers and blitz packages that work!
