chew, snuff, chaw, dip, etc

Excerise will do the trick. After about a week or 2 of not smoking or dipping and feel the urge of needing it....go for a walk or lift weights until you stop thinking about the nicotine. When you get home, you' ll feel good about it and repeat next day. I do that when I would walk for 3 miles...it really helps clear my mind.

good for you, bud. just gets easier now. after one year of being tobacco free I bought myself a nice present with all the money I saved.
That’s the idea, keep stashing the money away until I have enough to buy something I want. I’ll keep making payments until then!!! Right now it’s between out of state hunt or a boat.
