Doggone good dog thread

Jessica and I have two dogs. A 9 year old basset hound and a 14 year old cockapoo.

The basset is a great retriever. If she gets mad at you as soon as you turn your back she'll retrieve the loaf of bread off the counter and eat the whole thing. ImageUploadedByTapatalk1453895798.622582.jpg

Other than that she lays around and farts, snores like a grown man, and has earned the nickname Shamu McStinky

This is Lacy the Cockapoo. Jessica's dog she inherited from her grandmother. She's the most untrainable, hardheaded, doesn't listen, opinionated bitch I've ever met. Friendly dog. Just a bitch.

The two of them are frienemies. Enemies when you're looking but friends when you're not. If one barks te other immediately comes to the others rescue.

She's a lazy ass house dog most days.

We also just had a dog put down that was just a flat out great dog. They type that was always following the kids around everywhere they went. Always wanting in the game.
This is her playing basketball with Klay. She was 7 and just got real sick and that was it. Really sucked. Going on two weeks since it happened.

lol.... They're a one person team them two lol.... They tolerate me as long as I feed them lol... But sadly, if I were too pass they'd feed on my carcass lol

Three weeks shy of his first birthday, we're letting him out home alone with the cat 8hrs straight. This is how he was when I left lol wish us luck! He's done up to 4hrs alone so this is a big leap of faith lol

my wife left our dogs out a few weeks ago and i told her not to came home to every book off the shelf and dog food spilled everywhere. we have 2 dogs and i know what one it was hes a meat head very high strung, the other doesnt give two shits about anything and will lay on the couch all day.
 
he didn't do anything! The GF used to work nights at the hospital and he has full range of the place at night and then she comes home and he'd have full range all day so I just think he's used to it.
