Brunch fit for a king. Venison andouille sausage, 4 pasture raised eggs, rotel, red hot, and sour cream. On a paper plate because I’m fancy.

Ran into a guy at Costco. He overheard my wife and I having a debate on edamame beans.
He started saying how bad they were and how he’d sworn off all carbs.
He’d dropped 60lbs and feels like he’s in his 30’s again. I was just smiling, the wife just said omg another one 😂
We had a few minute conversation and separated ways with a high five 😂

It's pretty amazing isn't it? Good for you! Another test that you can go get is a CAC Score. Ask your doctor to prescribe the test for you. Our insurance pays for it the first time you do it. It measures the amount of calcium deposits in your arteries and provides a coronary artery calcium score . Look it up, Kristi and I both had it done.
I got my calcium score test result yesterday of 15.1 I was concerned where I might land on this considering my elevated LDL since I stopped taking statin plus my hypertension issue. Feeling a lot better about my cardiovascular health now than I have for several years. All of this a direct result of ketosis and insulin sensitivity from how and what I eat as I have not done anything else different for the last 10 months.

Had a piece of cheesecake on Valentine’s Day. Ruined me for a day and a half. Stomach cramps and feeling like dog 💩
Spent yesterday on water and coffee and back to normal today.
Salisbury steak over scrambled eggs for this evening.
Id of never imagined a piece of cheesecake would do that! 🤬

Great Score! I am still winning though!

Trying not to judge, but we just got back last night from a weeklong cruise in the Caribbean. We had our waiters at dinner trained in a couple days, no sauce, no sides, just salt and butter. Tequila and bourbon were good for me instead of beer. Kristi likes her beer, so she felt bloated a couple of times, but not TOO bad. Breakfasts were easy, 6 eggs over easy and bacon or steak a few days. Lunch and snacks were Guy's Burgers.

My biggest observation from people watching was that many Americans must actually celebrate being extremely heavy and out of shape to the point of wearing T-shirts that say, "Real Men prefer Big Women" and there were way too many thongs and minimal coverup swimsuits, including guys. Don't get me wrong, there was definitely some eye candy on the boat, but the amount of young people that were extremely heavy, seems to increase every year. It is definitely an eye-opening experience as to what RJK is talking about regarding our overall health.
