Food, what are you eating?

Dropped 4 lbs so far in the last 10 days, 226 this morning. Baby steps. Rock on.🤟🏻

Steaks and onions/mushys, one slice of sourdough toasts tonight. I got Tam on board and she’s noticed feeling better and having more energy as well. 👍🏻
