Food, what are you eating?

Meat, eggs, fish repeat, sometimes chicken wings sometimes a Mich Ultra or a glass of wine, but that is our main diet.

Dropped another 2 pounds, 223 this morning. I know this will only continue to work till a certain weight then I’ll have to step it up in the exercise game which I plan on doing more of in February to spring walking for sheds.
I ate last nights supper from 7-7:30 and sipped on a pour of Benchmark bonded till 8:30. Trying to limit my food intake into as small of a window as possible.

How is the joint stiffness/pain?

Actually it’ll keep coming off if you stick to limiting the carbs and stay with mostly protein. I got down to 165 and had to reintroduce some carbs to slow/stop the weight loss. I felt grateful but was tired of everyone asking me if I was ok…… 🙄

I've been holding steady at 162-170 for about a year now, my wife is down to a healthier weight as well. People ask all the time if we are ok. It's crazy of what peoples views of body image is. There's very few people in our families or community that arent considered obese or overweight yet we are the sick ones. Shit gets old.
