Solid find Ric! Congrats. Glad you made it out. Chasing kids from 330-8pm put a hamper on my thoughts of having any sort of life.

Ron finally ended his dry spell. Between work, loss of access and lower buck numbers in our areas we both are struggling as many others here on TOO. Here's Ron's number 16 and 17.

He has some shed history with number 17. He found this bucks complete set the year before last.

Left side comparisons(if he'd have rotated the one on the right counterclockwise a scoach it'd look more identical..lmao)

I musta walked 6-8 miles yesterday on 4 different farms and came up empty. Found another ancient DH and a big rub Thursday night and nothing yesterday.

That's my shooting stick/walking stick in pic...:smiley_bril:

Nice work man. That one that got broken...oh my, that had to hurt! I almost wonder if it got shot off by a gun. But the other broken tine points towards a real brute walking around that area. Cool find.

I walked my friggin ass off today! Had to be 7 miles give or take a little. Plum wore out but I did find number 16 though. Pretty impressed with myself for spotting this one today! Walked down the middle of a huge ass picked cornfield and spotted what looked to be a beam or tine out at about 80-100 yards away. It was far enough away that my Steiner bino's couldn't give me confirmation so I hoofed it over there another 60 plus yards and looked again! As I got to about 15-20 yards away a big smile and an, "Well I'll be!!!" was uttered as I walked on up to it! Lol

#16( where the green wheat field meets the corn way out in the distance is where I was)

This is what I saw from about 100 yards away! It just seemed TOO white to be fodder...:smiley_coolpeace:

I prefer overcast days but it was a beautiful day to be out!
