On another note if you are hunting out of a blind that stays out take wasp spray or something that will not spook deer but get rid of the little bastards

65 acres cut corn to the right.
40 acres cut beans to the left.
300+ acres of standing corn. And fencerows are 50 brushy feet across..... Now if only Ribcage would show himself.... Good Luck Everyone!
Back in the spot I saw 18 deer in last Saturday, got my youngest with me, glad he is still small or we wouldn’t fit in this ladder stand.
Another smoker success, had small buck walk 25 yards from us, get down wind, stick his nose up a couple of time and keep on walking. Love it !!

It's more like I have to pull up binocs to confirm instead of just 'knowing'. Been f'n with my head. There's some other everyday life too. Just more confirmation.

Saw 6 at the end of the night had to get out of the ladder with the blind to many damn wasps moved a little closer to the feeder in another stand

Same stand, just a different day. I feel as good as ever about this set today. The rain just cleared out about an hour ago, I've got a Northerly wind instead of South like we had all week, and it's 48-degrees. Despite another panic attack where I reached my stand and thought I forgot my phone, again, it was a false alarm and I'm settled in ahead of schedule.
Good luck today guys and gals. Breathe deep, aim small, and let's kill some shit.

62* and thunderstorms in SE Ohio this morning, add in lack of deer movement on my place and I'm waiting for the storms to move out. I rattled in two 8s at 10:15 yesterday, no other sightings.
