Here we go. Picked a part of the farm with limited ash trees due to temps and wind. Trees still popping! Got a good stand of Oaks in here and the squirrels are after them atleast. Maybe one will walk through on way to corn field.

Dozen or so came out to feed, no deer harmed this time.

Had a blast. I deer seen. Mason killed a rabbit.

Was a very nice sit. Not nearly as windy as I thought it was predicted to be. I was plenty comfortable the whole time. I had deer in the back woods around 5. May or may not have been a buck with the does. Was trying to see them through the trees. Was a good possible last sit till Sept!

 

[Wildlife]

I hunted the last hour of the day today.

Had one Doe & a yearling within 25 yards of me during the last 15 minutes.

I'll be giving it another go tomorrow evening 'TOO' while it's still white out.

Seen 8. Had them at 35 yds when they spooked...dang! Fun night..gonna go again tomorrow eve..
