In a blind... strange territory for me... but I have to admit, I kinda like having the shelter. Keeping an eye on the spot those 2 bucks were fighting last night

I arrived in our camp around 2:30 this afternoon. About 100 yards before the driveway a big doe crossed the dirt road in front of me...I stopped and waited...10 seconds later a 100” eight pointer crossed the road dogging her. I’m taking it as a good sign that the chasing will start in earnest soon.

That sucks...anything can happen over the next couple of weeks...maybe you’ll get a second chance. That’s the only cure for that kinda pain!

Clean miss so I'm sure he will be back. Just hope I'm the one that gets redemption on him. Good 10 or 12pt with trash on his main beams between his bases and brow tines. Took all of 6 seconds and he came in trotting and never slowed down. Shot and went right over his back. Ranged it when I got my arrow back and my guesstimation was 5 yards further than he actually was.
