I hated to do it, but I had to get down and run a few errands @11:00 am.
So far for today, I seen seven deer altogether.
One of the little bucks was eating the Locus pods right underneath me when he turned and looked real hard to the North, right at that mature buck within the CRP field 100 yards away at approximately 9:05 am.
The little buck continued traveling in the same direction as the first one I seen earlier a little before 8:-00 am.
The three antlerless deer also were heading in the same direction as the others. I seen them a little after 10:00 am.
All the deer except one were within bow range, and of course the one that wasn't was the better buck.
As soon as I'm done here, I'll be heading back out for the rest of the day.
