Saw a basket rack buck and a button buck so far. Heard the basket snort weeze, so that was cool. I wish I could say I was feeling it but I'm sure not. Im plenty comfortable, but 2 hours into the season and my minds not here. Maybe that will change as it gets colder, idk. Weird how things change.

Not even sure why I still do this. Obviously the herd needs to grow and this place sucks. I should be running a saw right now clearing this honeysuckle to improve habitat. Probably quit and go deal with leaves. @Boarhead is a liar.

Couple bucks chasing a doe around 7 been dead since except for one doe. Ehd sucks but hoping something shows up I would shoot.

I’m about to make my own set of rules governing predators in Ohio. This bobcat is 10 yards away in the pic. I knew he was around because of the nut lickers throwing a fit. After 10 minutes I look down and he’s directly under the stand. He was in full stealth mode. That’s #4 this year.

Another doe wandered by behind me, dint blow but not looking on her backtrail so just another one to harvest come gun season.

Nothing moving but trains and squirrels. Bumped a big body deer going in that was out in the field just feeding. Couldn’t tell what it was but it just walked off down into the woods.

Zero deer for me . I guess I was on the wrong side of the farm . My boy and his buddy saw 5 bucks none with does .
The calling for some beverages got the best of me lol. Better wind tomorrow!
