Don't worry, it was a false alarm. I was fine until I sat in my first class and when I stood up, dang I was tired all of a sudden and sore. Saturday night I slipped on the concrete and landed on my side, directly on my hip! Hurts like hell, can't imagine what your arm felt like but I sure do know how quick it happens!
But I'm back to my old self, not enjoying the mornings!
