There must be water holding underneath it. In AK they run drains under them to prevent this from happening. Still happens on the roads and they put up signs so you know to slow down. Called frost heaves.

Rivers are running high in southeast Ohio. With all the rain north of us I assume it'll be bankful by morning and out of the banks by tomorrow afternoon.

Try a yard full of these……It was wildly windy here yesterday and looks like it will be again today. Every time I think I'm done cleaning up leaves, we get a 20 mph wind day and they all come back
The biggest culprit is 100’ tall and it would take three people to reach around it!I cut all them sum bitches down in my yard.

Haha I’m at Dollywood with kids today and my wife is at home preparing for the apocalypse lol…
