The National Weather Service has placed High Wind watches and warnings in a significant portion of our service area starting at 10 pm EDT Thursday to 10 am EDT Friday. The current forecast is calling for sustained winds of 30mph+ and straight-line gusts in Central Indiana and West Central Ohio over 60mph.
Winds of this level are likely to cause power outages in our service areas which can lead to service loss, even in cases where your electric service is working.
This also places the risk on outside equipment mounted on roofs or antennas.
