Tempted to bring the smoker and cook a couple briskets and maybe some pork. Just awfully expensive as one brisket runs $50ish...but does yield about 10 pounds of meat.

I'll still provide some green for the pork. Buy a nice hunk and expect payment from me before Strouds or at Strouds. If I'm able to make it I want to learn your method as well. If its best for you to prep the meat at home by all means do so and I'll just listen how ya do it around the fire and a few brews....:smiley_coolpeace:

Ok. Got a couple questions hoping some of you Strouds veterans can help out with.
Talked to the wife and she is thinking she may want to come down and hang out. So I am probably going to bring my Camper down.
I see that there are 10 camper sites I am assuming these have electric hookups???
Do they allow pets in the camping areas. We have a dog that goes everywhere with us. Will need to find a place for him to stay if the park doesn't allow pets but that is doable.
We probably will not be down until early Saturday morning due to the High School Football has their homecoming game Friday night. We always work the grill area for the concession stand so Friday night is out.
I will bring a big pot of Deer Chili.
If there is anything else anyone can think of let me know.
