Team #2 - Buck Naked

We going with "Buck Naked" then? Only appropriate that it is so dang close to "Huck Naked". rotflmao

I only hope "Buck Naked" is not representative of our score board results at the end of the season. lol

I think it works regionally. If you are in an area where the deer are accustomed to smoke from bonfires or chimneys, then I would say it will most likely benefit you. I still buy some scent eliminating spray though. I will use it on boot bottoms, backpacks, releases, etc. I still smoke them up, but you can never be too cautious when it comes to your scent. I am just not fully positive the smoke will cover things such as your binoculars or release. I know the metal part of my release is probably not going to accept smoke scent. It also sees contact with my human fingers. Just some thoughts for you.

If it sticks to the metal on the inside of the smoker.. I'm sure it'll stick to a release..

the way i used to do it was go gather a bunch of leaves and twigs and whatever else i could find from where i was hunting and bring it home put it in a pot with some water, and heat it up for awhile then dump just the water in a spray bottle and use that as a cover scent used to work pretty good

OUCH...the big skunkeroo...zero. I saw nothing but squirrels all day. They just flat out weren't movin. Oh, well. Gonna hit it again Monday morning and see what we can drum up! Just great to be in the woods again. Hang in there boys, your turn is comin!
