As I prepare to enjoy a Thanksgiving dinner with friends, family, and loved ones my mind things back to the Thanksgiving I shared with my military family. I know some of them are overseas now and I hope and pray that they make it home safe to their family when it is time. Thank you for continuing to serve and protect so that we in the states can enjoy this day.

The community, AFSOC and 9th group, rallies well. Many in the community come from hard times and don't have much, just one way we give back.

Wife and I along with @Mdavis96 And his wife and daughter all went out this morning to get our tree. Wife saw this one and liked it, I agreed so we brought it home.

10' 9", thanks a bunch to Matt for his help, that mother fucker was a bitch to get up. Heavy as hell. Gonna scale back a little bit next year lol. Gonna let it settle into place then decorate tomorrow while the wife is at work.

Got the ham all prepped and in the smoker for a few hours.

Hope everyone enjoys their day with family. Don't forget the ones abroad that can't be with family and friends.

J, how was the Mayo binder? I stole the idea but used Miracle Whip. Birds came out awesome! Had a little glitch with the Traeger and had to go back to my old smoker for 1.5 hours since the hot rod is going bad (I think). Ordered a new one yesterday so hopefully that is the issue.
