This ^^^. Same here, Mike.I've been working on deep stationery squats and balance exercises for about three weeks now. I'm also standing while working on the puter. A lot of positives have happened. My knee pain is subsiding and so is my lower back pain.
100%. I couldn't get down there for a week! Now it's no problem.This ^^^. Same here, Mike.
The first time I did one of those deep, stationary squats, I actually found it a surprisingly comfortable position to be in. Now I try to do it at least 2-3 times a day. I think it really helps reduce tightness in the hips and lower back.
You’re making good progress through. Keep it up!!Shew...I feel those back to back days today!
Just drained. Im sure it is a combination of things.
This was hard to motivate to get done. It is in the mirror tho and let's hope for a better outlook on today!I saw this as a easy way to get stronger. I have no clue what month I started it in maybe late spring/ mid summer 2025, I began doing 1 set of 25 when I got out of bed everyday. That bumped to 30 pretty quick. Now 26 came I bumped to 40, and have been adding an evening set now and then. Guessing I could do sixty, but when I started this maybeva year struggled with the first 30.
My biggest struggle with anything working out or work I believe is recouping now. When Im feeling strong with no aches or pains I give it hell and do the same things I did at twenty years old. The following two days I feel like Ive been hit by a truck, it's hard to keep going feeling beat up.This was hard to motivate to get done. It is in the mirror tho and let's hope for a better outlook on today!
