The TOO dump thread

Hate to hear it buddy. The writing is on the wall for Remi and I'm debating on what to do. He can't see or hear, but he's fine other than that. I just can't stand to see him bouncing off of stuff all the time. Can't play fetch. Can't hunt. Can't follow the quads. That was his life. He just sleeps and wonders around bumping in to shit now. Doesn't seem fair to keep him around just because. Hard to know when to put them down sometimes.

Sorry to hear about your dog. We have a 14 y/o and I know it's not going to be much longer. Not looking forward to when that day comes...

Beagle. My first dog ever. Little fucker has been with me for the last 15 years. He's had an interesting life. Ha. He's still doing good, just has slowed down a bunch. He trained me well....

Sucks to hear about your dog Chad. Never easy to see a member of the family go downhill and even harder to put them down. Been there done that with with 4 over the years. In the end and looking back it was the right thing to do. It was the last act of kindness and compassion I could give them.

He looks pretty good for 15! Mel was a Bassett/Beagle mix.

It be hard for us to turn down a Bassett/beagle mix next time around. Her back give her any probs? That's the only thing that worries me with Bassetts. Our beagle tweaked his back a couple times but always bounced back.
