You guys ever hit a slump in your thirties where everything pisses you off, your tired all the time, short fused, etc. Man, I am just a douche lately. Its like I can't get my crap together and I just want to be alone, and I have zero patience.
Yup, 28-34 was horrid for me. Still not sure at 36 if I am completely out of the slump working with some of the people I work with lol.

I feel ya man! Mine started about 1 1/2 years ago and just keeps hangin' on! 2 double shots of Velvet seems to help a little..............:smiley_coolpeace:

Stress will cause most of this and I know you have had a lot of things on your plate. Take some time and get out and do something that makes you happy as often as you can and try and get your mind off of things.

Right there with you Wayne. Had quite a few beers sitting at a fire out back with no one but my lab lately.
Been going through a bit of a slump as well Wayne. I've got way too much on my plate right now. I can't wait for the bow shoot in July to get away for a weekend and have a chance to just relax with the fellas and shoot some bows! Hang in there buddy!

Life of a self employed person can be a bit of a roller coaster. I feel your pain. I just look around and try to think of all I have to be thankful for. If that doesn't work, look at anyone around you. Listen to them. Put yourself in their shoes. You have stress and headaches. So do they. We all do. Then you ask yourself: if everyone carried their troubles AND their blessings in a bag, walked into a stadium full of people all carrying their bags, set them down, walked around blindfolded and picked up anyone else's bag. . . . Would you rather have someone else's blessings AND worries? Or are you better off knowing what you already have on your plate?
Most times, we know we are much more fortunate than those around us. Sometimes we just need a reminder to shake off our funk. Hang in there brother.

Sorry to hear you are in a funk Wayne. I'm not good with advice on this front as I self medicate and that is not a great way to deal with things, but it works. The best advice I can give is to find a release that works. When I really need to unwind, I know what I need to do and it almost always solves the current round of issues...

I was in a funk this last winter. Felt overwhelmed to the point of not sleeping well/heavy anxiety. It happens. All u can do is keep on truckin
I had the same happen to my SpyPoint HD-10. Going to take it apart and blow it out with compressed air and hope for the best!

Ain't that some chit???? I could not believe that and I hear that either a Dollar General or a Family Dollar is going in instead! 10 miles or so for a stinkin' loaf of bread?
Just took it entirely apart, cleaned out the ant mess, reassembled it and put in fresh batteries. Works!
