Got back from Stroud’s and got on the scale. Bad move 😂 Decided too do something about it. Started last Monday. Walking more and watching the calorie intake. Limited the carbs. And dropped 8lbs as of this morning. I’ll take the one pound per day drop in weight…. 👍🏼
Hope too drop 8 more lbs by the time I head too Ohio for my first hunt of the year…. Thanksgiving will probably put a few on but I’m sticking with this until Xmas.

Day 3 of a sugar junk food hangover from youth season. I can function fine but i feel in general just yuck. Basketball is going so that means late nights eat on the go. For a month during the fall shroom boom i ate mainly deer shrooms veggies fruit eggs and oatmeal cooked n different ways. Pretty much just all natural. i felt like superman. I never thought id crave brocoli or green beans or hell well water but fast food and sugar/junk feel like a wine hangover now. Going to try not fall back into crap this winter. Kill more eat better.

Lol, I like your style J!

Agreed bowkills, weird how a shrinking stomach and clean food gets you wanting more of it.

New treadmill landed yesterday afternoon, time to get off this plateau and get under 200lbs on a regular basis. I've flirted with it a few times since July, I like how it feels. BC, how you holding?

So I've weighed my heaviest ever in August...200 lbs. today I'm at 179.5. I did it by basically starving myself but what I've found is that now that I'm down where I want to be, I no longer feel the craving to stuff myself. It's like my stomach capacity has shrunken. I've cut way back on pizza, beer, fried shit etc. I've also cut way back on eating out and when I do, it's healthy or I order a to go box so when the meal gets there I put half in the box right off the bat. It was a bitch the first month or so but now it's not so bad. Take a hell of a lot of willpower but it can be done. Do I work out? Hell no,...should I?...hell yes. I did read some where weigh loss is 20% exercise and 80% diet.

Yep....i was my heaviest 210 a couple years ago and felt bad all the time with alot of beer and fast food and pop. Pop is the devil for any weight loss hopes. im 167 currently and want to stay here. I wouldnt say my stomach has shrank way to much as i eat tons and look like a potbelly pig after dinners. feeling what one meal can do for your body, processed empty calorie food or all bad fat fast food does 0 good and makes u feel terrible after weeks of clean eating. Im shock how little food it takes to keep a body going when u have some fat to burn.
