Ah Oh, Beware Tracie......Look out Ladies of The Class of 2001.

HAHA! I doubt it. All the chicks I graduated with are either married, have kids, or got fat! Not to mention the ones that don't fit into that category, are bitches!!!

I was 199.6 this morning, putting me under 200 for the first time since I came home after my first quarter at OU back in 2001. I felt great yesterday during our game and the hard work over the past few months really paid off...

...

Just wait, all the girls I went to school with are married/divorced/remarried, kids, 100 pounds fatter, getting grey hair, and forming wrinkles :)
They make me feel so young and good looking.

Got out for a run tonight. Ran 4.9 miles in 38:35. Not bad for my longest run of the year. I need to get my milage up if I'm going to start racing this summer. One funny thing did happen during my run. Some dumbass was so focused on me the they almost rearended another car. Squealing tires, white smoke,...the whole nine yards...

Very nice JJ! 370? I would have never guessed. I thought maybe 300 given your height, but dang you carried it well.

Schu- Nice going! Good time!

Jesse- All the girls I went to school with can buzz off. I could care less. Pretty much same for the guys. Once you get out of there, I don't think it matters much. For what it is worth, I am coming up on 20 in 2013. Holy crapola how the time flies!

Ran 5.3 miles tonight in just under 41 minutes. Not TOO bad. Comes out to be 7:45 per mile for 5+ miles. Not bad for this distance.

I put on some weight this weekend, but was still under 200, so I'll take it! Went back to the gym today and put up a new personal record of 255 on bench. Time to get back to the grind after two weeks off and reach some new goals. I'm shooting for a 265-275 max on bench by the end of July and weighing in at 190 by July 23rd...

The wife took the her mom and the kids to the movies tonite, so I decided since they were having a 5k in St. Marys I would run it for the exercise. Ive battled feet problems for the last 9 months and have run no further then 2 miles so my finish time of 25:20something was very acceptable to me. I enjoyed myself and plan on trying another one in August.

My weight hasn't changed much, but my running is coming along. I ran my 3.4 mile loop last evening in the rain and turned in a time of 23:33. That puts me under a 7 min/mile average for the run. Hoping to get my first race of the year in on Sunday. I'll let you know how it goes.

Dropped my mile from 10:30 back in February, to 7:50 this week. Not a blistering pace, but for a smoker, I'll take it. I was 197 this morning. I'm definitely trading fat for muscle at a good pace right now. Despite not losing any weight in a few weeks, I can tell a big difference in my physique. Still hitting the gym 3 days a week...

Nice work Jesse!

Found out the last couple of weeks that I will be in my cousins wedding November 12th (may have to go to that one in camo) and then my wife's best friend is getting married in Myrtle Beach in April, so I figure it's time to get some of this extra weight off.

I've been fluctuating between 242-249 the last few months, which is about 25lbs heavier than I like to be at 6ft 1 with a fairly broad frame, and heavier than I have ever been in the summer. My goal is to drop 20lbs before the November wedding, and be sitting at 210 for the beach wedding in April. The winter is a hard time for me to stay on track, but gotta do what you gotta do I guess! Been over a year since I've hit the treadmill and weights on a regular basis, should be interesting!

I may have injured myself last night. I was out for my evening run and I started to develop a cramp in my left calf. It actually came on really fast, but then kind of just tightened enough that I knew it was there. I kept running and at periods it felt like it was stretching out. I was turning very nice mile times, so i kept going. It wan't until the final 3/4 of a mile that is a long downhill section that it started to tighten again and actually became painful. I finished the run (4.9 miles in 36:04) and by the time I finished my cool down, I could barely walk. Took a bunch of ibuprophen and tried to massage it out last night. Its a little better this morning, but I'm a little worried. I hope I didn't "pull" my calf muscle. I'm hoping it was just a severe cramp that's taking a little time to work out.

Hope everything is alright with the calf Scott!

I was down to 195.6 this morning. Oh, so close to that 40 pound mark. In the past two weeks, I have noticed a good trade between muscle growth and fat loss. I've changed my workouts some and my eating habits are still acceptable. T-minus 3 weeks until my reunion, so I'll have to kick it in high gear to drop the last 5 pounds. I wish I had been tracking my body fat all along as I'm sure it has changed as drastically as my weight over the past 4.5 months...
