I was 217 this morning on the tail end of a TOO function and 8 weeks out from bow season. With my current stomach issue, and with some level of respect for COVID, I need to dig up the discipline that's got me in shape many times before. The goal is 195-200 by the bow opener. Should be pretty easy to do, especially because I'm probably going to start working from home again due to the mask mandate. That'll make it easier to get some workouts in. Going to do body weight stuff on MWF, hiking with a loaded backpack Tu/Th.

First goal is sub-210 by the end of August. 👍

I was once in a calorie surplus and gaining, but according to the scales this last month I hit my maintenance level and currently in a deficit. I'll keep cutting for another month and reevaluate when to go back into a surplus. I haven't done any cardio whatsoever, just diet and weight training. Keep at it men!
