TOO Weight Loss - Biggest Loser Edition

Just recently made a #3 Crock of Sauerkraut. Some with caraway seed some plain some with dill and garlic.

Jar has the Caraway Seed and bag has Garlic and Dill.

No cooking so it is raw, healthier and full of probiotics for gut health! Yum!

Good work guys, keep at it! The holidays are proving to be a worthy foe, but I'm maintaining around 198-203, but the damn candy, food, and weight lifting is making it hard to stay under 200lbs for weeks straight. No complaints, gonna maintain then focus on diet more after 1st of the year.

Santa brought the boys some tools to add to their workout toolbox, Myles beat the snot outta the heavy bag today. Can't wait for these boys to hit puberty and get into weight training mode. I've really enjoyed hitting the weights hard this fall, but have transitioned back to more cardio, trying to find that right mix to lose another 10lbs consistently, while maintaining the strength and good feeling.
Was a great day to put in the work.

Down from 231 to 206 today. Goal was to be down 30 pounds by the new year. I feel like I can reach that. I'm sure 2-3 pounds of that is from grazing the last 2 days. I'm back to wearing a belt. It's been a grind to achieve in 7 weeks. Very few cheat meals or days. I'm not far off from the carnivor diet. I was swinging a splitting maul Christmas eve. Been a couple of years since I felt good enough to do that more than a couple of swings. Still no alcohol either.

Proud of you, brother. Keep up the great work! You're an inspiration for the rest of us. I look forward to matching your effort in a week. Until then, I'm gonna live my best fat kid life 😂

I'm sure the diabetes medicine is helping me, so I can't take all the credit. Even though I've had zero side effects or noticed anything since taking it. Could also be because I have been very strick about my diet. Idk. Sure wish I could partake in some gummys 🤣🤣

Just catching up on everyone's accomplishments... Great Job! It's not easy for sure!

I just got back into the working out again. I can say I have kept the extra weight off for a long while! (I rarely sit down) I was 223# at one point... holding steady currently at 177#. Lost 46# and holding....

Goal reached. I celebrated with a single beer. I guess I need to figure out the next step.

Boss bought pizza for us today. Never in my life did I think I would feel guilty for eating pizza...had 3 pieces and boy did the mental beating happen. Also felt almost sick to my stomach. Weird, first real carbs in a while. After the shit day I had I wouldn't mind drinking my months worth of carbs...

Leave that shit in the fridge…you got this!

Won’t be worth the mental beating later

Awesome stuff Dave. Keep at it brother.

I decided to do a little 30-day cleanse after the new year myself. I cut out simple carbs like sugars and processed grains and all processed foods. Ingredients-only type diet. Lots of meat, vegetables, beans, nuts, fruits, and some dairy. Dieticians probably call it a "healthy diet". 😅 I'm currently on day 5, which I shall call "shitting 15w-40 every two hours" phase. 🤢

The book i talked about in the book thread had a cool way of looking at your diet/ eating. You can eat what you want but obviously the choice you make may lead to more or less hunger as you try to stay at your caloric goals.

That and a cheat day occasionally isn't worth a mental beat down, we're human. Allow yourself to be.

Personally, last night we had family in from Washington (active duty Navy) and i never thought 4 pieces of pizza could make me feel as grossly full as it did. Ugh....

Never read a book in my life. I can read them, I just don't retain very much. I think about other things in life if I read much past a paragraph.
