I've been taking EAAs for three weeks. They're working well. I'm back up to 197 while maintaining keto like eating habits. EAAs help synthesize protein among other benefits for an aging body.

I take 2, 3 times a day.

After 2 months of not drinking I was miserable. Hated everyone and everything. Didn't enjoy anything at all. I started drinking again and feel much better and I'm able to sleep again. I guess I will try and moderate. I haven't been on a scale this week but I also introduced testosterone shots once a week. Maybe that will help my mood once we get the dosage dialed in and I can try to dry out then. I was pretty dang low 136. Might be worth getting checked if you are miserable and just can't find motivation. A bit early for me to know if it's helping, but easily treated with a shot. Also very inexpensive if you have to pay out of pocket. $50 every 3 months

I was bad yesterday😓. Ate a sleeve of club crackers, couple handfuls of pretzels, 2 reeses cups and 2 tortillas. After having 4 days of miserable stomach issues I caved and just ate whatever looked and sounded good. Today is a kids birthday so I'm sure I will suck at my diet again today. I'll get back on track Monday. Already feeling guilty tho.

Sounds like a great day for a turn around. You got it out of your system yesterday, stay the course today. Hope you are seeing improvements across the board on things!

It happens, we're all human and without rewards, what's the struggle for? Especially when you haven't been feeling well.

I've been a lazy fuck and have been stress eating like it's my job. Long list of excuses, but the first 8 weeks of this year have been as hectic as any 8 weeks I can recall. Kaydence said she'd help me out, so we ran 1.5 miles before school/work this morning. We'll see how long she sticks with it, but I won't be the one to let her down, so it might become a new habit. With 90+ days to get with it before Disney, I better get with it!

No joke, last night at dinner the kids had quest over. I had a full plate of meatballs and a glass of water in my hands. My shorts hit the floor🤣. No belt on or anything. We all laughed. I rewarded myself with some Reese cups.

Saturday I took the wife out to lunch and spoiled myself with an order of fries. First potatoes I've had since early November. They weren't as good as I remembered them, so no worries of slipping more on those. That itch can be ignored.

There is no doubt that I have been over eating more than I ever imagined, the app has really helped me learn and adjust. The lbs. are slowly melting off compared to before, but the fluctuation through the week has been minimalized. An eating app and a watch app are the most used on my phone these days, wtf lol!

That said, I love to eat, so does my wife and all 3 growing boys. I've accepted that I have to work harder to be able to eat like I want. I've backed off the running, but have increased belt time and use the full range of the incline to kick my ass a couple times a week. The biggest shock is this approach has really helped unlock my lower back, an unexpected win I'm happy to take.
