That brought back a memory. I went to a farm auction outside Findlay about 10 yrs. ago and there 8-10 fruit boxes full of new hats. The guy seriously collected hats. I bought 3 large boxes for 8.00 total. I took out the Nascar hats and a few others. I sold all the top rated hats for 20-30 each. Then put the box on the show table for 1.00 each choice. Hell I made 100's of dollar and have had free hats everytime I need one like last week. Still have a box full left.

About the only thing I collect now is dust on my bow, guns, and fishing stuff, never enough time as I once had. :smiley_baby:

I love old lanterns. I have been starting a collection over the past couple years. My mom found me a awesome old one with circle red tail light on the front that looks like it was used on trains/train tracks a long time ago. I just love the look of them and how we evolved from using those to the lights and flashlights of today. Will post some pics in a bit of some

I have small collections of lots of things.
I have one adlake kerosene clear small globe. It was my great grandfather from when he worked for nycrr and prr. I would like to have a second one with a red globe.
