Had tacos tonight. Tried to be very careful since I had a tooth extracted last week. Jammed the pointy end of the shell right into the gum where the tooth used to be.

fuck, I hate it when that happens. ouchie!

Yes. I just use beef broth and butter to build my base and thicken with cornstarch. Wife doesn't like mushrooms.

Tonight, I ate the last steak from the pack with 3 eggs (my chickens started laying again after a 3 month break) and steamed broccoli. Frigging tasty.

Well I guess we struggling tonight. Went to work on my second job... on a crab boat. Got in at dark and brought some home. Brought home around 3 dozen blue crabs, 12-15 stone crab claws and they are soaking. Deer sausage and a couple onions went in the batch also. Also had some lions mane shroom that we picked up hunting, cut some up and gonna try that out.
