Bacon wrapped jalapeños deer tenderloin poppers.
Fillet mignon, crab cakes and fried potatoes.... Chocolate covered strawberries for desert....

@finelyshedded yes they are, just marinate them in teriyaki sauce and top with Pepper jack cheese.

Lots of protein tonight with my Valentine...
The wife got us a Ninja Foodi grill and I’ve been trying to perfect it for steaks. Does pretty well so far. Set it on max heat for 10 minutes tonight flipping once. Maybe next ribbie will go for 9 minutes but I ain’t complaining with tonight’s steak and neither did she. She likes hers medium well so she did hers a few minutes longer. Her BBQ chicken thighs were great as well.

Lemon pepper crappie fillets with creamy bacon brussel sprouts. She had bananas going out so she made us some banana bread for dessert. A little disappointed with myself Sunday. I cut 85 beautiful thick cut chops for our valentine's banquet at church, grilled them up beautifully over charcoal, and did NOT get a finished product picture!! They were enjoyed though and thats all that really matters.

Half shell dinner. I like mine raw, she wants hers baked with cheese at 450 for about 11 minutes.

Just a dozen? I will eat 4-5 dozen or more. They look good and fat, hopefully salty also

they had a good salt flavor to them as well. Wish they woud have had more!!!
