Another butt smoke day just cuz. Lol

Here’s 3 hour mark at 275. Spritzing with apple juice twice an hour till internal temp reaches 165. Then will bathe in apple juice and top with butter and brown sugar and wrap in foil.
I slathered with mustard and rubbed down with MC Holy Gospel after trimming down the fat side before put on smoker.

Ric, have you ever tried hard apple cider mix with your apple juice?
 
1.55# sirloin steak for $15. The gas station down the road used to have the shittiest meat around. The family that owns it recently opened a butcher shop and overnight, we started getting a fresh supply of beef and pork at a reasonable price. It's mostly local livestock and it's really elevated my ability to cook quality meals without fattening Krogers' pockets. Making steak and eggs tonight!
