Venison hoagies with a plethora of garden peppers, fresh Chanterelles, onions, and Lacey Swiss with a side of fresh sliced 'maters and cottage cheese.

I want one...it might need its own thread.

We found this one on Amazon for under $100, and it included the cover and little pizza peel. Stupid easy to use. I lit a chimney starter of charcoal, dumped that into the firebox, and added a couple of smaller pieces of hickory. Once the stone was hot, we threw pizzas in. I timed it, basically 4.5-5 minutes per pizza. That was using a bought pre-made crust, though, not raw dough. It got super crispy on the bottom, the whole family loved it.
